Geoff, Technician, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Found the problem immediately, fixed it and tested all the other components to make sure there were no other problems. Took the time to explain everything to me. Spent extra time explaining about types of furnace filters and offered advice on why mine was getting so dirty so quickly, despite changing it regularly.
I was advised of the cost up front and there were no additional charges even though Geoff spent extra time explaining the workings of the furnace, the thermostat and the humidistat to me.
I recommend Knight highly and Geoff in particular.
