David came with a full explanation of the project that is needed to be completed. He didn't hide anything and explained that his services would cost more than others and explained why. This made perfect sense to me and we went ahead with the work. Lots of things happened where David could have just picked up and left but he stuck it out and kept his word to complete the job no matter what. He kept pushing to make sure he met the deadline I set out for him. Great job. Beautiful finish
