Roof replacement due to wind-lift
Roofrepairs.ca is an absolute gem of a company who make the customer feel like friends and family. They're always responsive and very knowledgeable with their answers, taking all the time needed to answer all questions. Their quotes are three pages long, all work and material fully itemized, which really helped my insurance company swing in their favour.
Speaking of insurance, my insurer was not very responsive, and Kim from Roofrepairs took the time to send them an email regarding the job at hand, trying to impress it upon them that they needed to make a decision as the job needed to be done. She made sure that I understood that I am not beholden to Roofrepairs.ca and that I am free to go with any other roofer out there.
Regarding the job they did, here is all you need to know: I had a big family reunion amidst a bunch of rain in the forecast. These guys came out and did work during hours that were dry and cleaned up the back yard and the front yard so well that I thought they weren't even there. The roof looks beautiful and I have every confidence that Kim and Brad and their super polite and hard working crew did right by us.
