Needed new carpet for the stairs and after some research I found 2 companies that I requested quotes from.
Without doubt Victorious Carpet was the winner and price had nothing to do with the decision, though it was very reasonable. It was Mark that won us.
Mark came out to see us, answered all of our questions, LISTENED to what we wanted and showed us great samples. He was quick to provide a quote, and followed up with us at every step of the process. The day of install the gentlemen showed up on time, with a phone call ahead of their arrival.
They worked quickly and very neatly. We were very impressed with the job they did, and we were very pleased at how polite they were. Thank you Jason and Ian!
