From my initial call to North Star Pest Control, they have been very professional and knowledgeable. I always received a prompt call back and Shakeel was always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. When it was time for my treatment, Shakeel was on time, friendly & professional. He got right to work and when he was done, spent time to go over what to expect after treatment. I have not had any issues so far. However, I know if I do, I can call on them within their guarantee period for a follow up appointment. We discussed another issue I was having in my garage; I never felt rushed and he even provided me with a temporary solution until I am ready to tackle that problem.
