Kris was our technician for the installation of our outside chairlift installation. He was extremely efficient, courteous and knew his product well. After installation he carefully explained how everything worked. Since it is hard for my husband to navigate the long flight of stairs from our porch, this chairlift is going to make our lives so much easier.
