The gentleman came in, did a fantastic job a steam cleaning the carpets and was gone in 20 minutes. Happy with the job and amazed at how quick he was.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Pay more attention to cleaning behind the doors, and notify owners that it is possible their carpet will bubble/lift. I was nervous it was permanent.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Don't question how fast they move, they'll do a competent job quickly. Move as much as you can out of the way before, speeds up the process.

4 Hour Home Cleaning

House & Apartment Cleaning review in CALGARY

Was supposed to be one person for 4 hours, they sent 2 people for 2 hours. I thought it would be great because it's a shorter time frame. However they finished in 1.5 hours, so technically I missed 1 hour of the deal for cleaning. While they did a great job and were really nice, I was annoyed that they left early.

$60.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
If they were supposed to be there for two hours stay for two hours, I can always find something to be cleaned.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Have a list of items you want cleaned before they show up. Know what they are willing to clean as well and what they won't.
