Very friendly technician but struggled to book appt
I have a rental water heater w reliance which malfunctioned and was gushing boiling hot water. They weren't able to send a technician for 3 days and several appointments were canceled without notifying me.
Once the tech arrived he did a great job and fixed the problem. Very nice guy.
The struggle was w head office actually getting someone in. It didn't feel urgent from their part despite the fact Emergency repairs are part of the service package and I was without hot water for 3 days.
