Technician made prompt contact and arrived when he said he would. Hot water tank replacement was done well and took approximately 1.5 hours.
Removal of old tank left track marks on carpet due to leakage of old tank.
Overall, very satisfied except for track marks left, tank installation went smoothly and technician was friendly and professional.
Tank worked shortly after installation. I am overall satisfied.
