Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc.

Over the summer I started having problems with my home security cameras. The system was installed over 6 years ago. I eventually replaced one camera in the summer and had problems with a second camera in late November. It was time to look into upgrading to a new system.

I solicited estimates and quotes from several alarm companies including the company that initially installed the current system. I eventually decided to go with Gabriel from Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc.

I know companies bidding for new customers will try different tactics to gain my business. Gabriel was clear and concise, detailed, went above and beyond in his explanation and most of all was very responsive to my questions and request for more information. He took the time on at least 2 occasions to have a long conversation with me ensuring that I had all the information to make my decision.

I was looking for a company that provides good client service, and provided a good product that would meet my needs. Reviews on Homestars were very promising as well. Gabriel offers a good warranty service and no long term contracts for alarm monitoring. I think I knew early on that I would go with Gabriel but I wanted to do my due diligence nonetheless.

Once a decision was made I was assured that I would not be disappointed. Installation was scheduled within a week. Don and his colleague showed up on time and was done within 2 hrs. Don was open to my questions and ensured that the system was working properly. He ensured the apps on my phone and PC was also up and running.

So far I am happy with the upgraded cameras and so far not disappointed with the extra money paid for the GEN2 cameras. EAS sent a follow up email after the installation with all the passwords and procedures for setting up my other PC and family phone with the apps etc. Gabriel himself followed up with a phone call to see if all was well. While I did not expect this it was reassuring to me and shows that Gabriel and his team understands "Good Client Service".

All that to say that I have made arrangements to transfer my alarm monitoring services with Gabriel, to be done early in the new year. My initial experience with Gabriel and his team was very reassuring and I am sure it is a start of an long term relationship with his company. I have no problem recommending EAS at this time.
