Mark and his team installed carpet on two floors and two sets of stairs in my townhouse. I can see why he has so many great ratings. The customer service was excellent, the installation was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. He was incredibly professional, quick to answer questions, provide an estimate and also did a follow up call. His installers were incredibly professional, prompt and did a fantastic job.
