HomeStars Leads are job requests submitted by homeowners who have asked us for help choosing a pro. If the job matches your specified location and fits the services and categories you have selected, we’ll send you a “HomeStars Lead”. These leads expire, so try to accept as soon as you can to better your chances of connecting first and winning the job!
Tip: To receive HomeStars leads, you must be a HomeStars Brand Builder member with a minimum Star Score of 80% – so keep that Star Score high to increase connections!
Brand Builder members have the ability to display their contact number on their profile, encouraging homeowners to click to call and reach out directly by phone. Each click on this number is considered a “phone click”.
Tip: When potential customers call your business, be sure to ask where they heard about you! This will help you keep track of the marketing sources that are generating you leads, including HomeStars.
Brand Builder members can list their web address right on their profile, an excellent resource for homeowners who want to learn more about your business. Linking back to your website is also great for improving SEO, and increasing your chances of being found online. Each click on your website address is considered a “website click”.
