ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a SEM Specialist who will be responsible to build, optimise and manage our paid search and social acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual that will optimize, analyze and help to surpass our online marketing targets. Plus, you’ll get to be a member of our growing and super-talented marketing team!
Join our customer acquisition team and be responsible for paid customer acquisition initiatives (predominantly paid search and social).
Build, optimise and manage all aspects of campaigns.
Optimize and grow existing marketing channels.
Continuously conduct ad copy, creative, landing page and targeting testing.
Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
Manage the digital acquisition budget and update frequently with finance.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads you bring are valuable.
Prepare data analyses from numerous sources including internal database tools, third party systems, and pull updates of back-end tracking.
Communicate projects, performance, test results and any learnings to the team and leadership.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proactively suggest and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
Report regularly to management on performance against targets and build and execute plans to exceed targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
2-4 years experience in hands-on managing of paid search and social customer acquisition campaigns.
Strong preference for client-side acquisition experience.
Advanced experience and notable success with paid search and social campaigns.
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified.
Proficient in excel and comfortable creating and using pivot tables, V-lookups and graphics.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with translating data from web analytics tools into actionable SEM and display strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player and willing to work with others.
Creative thinker and clearly deliver insights and findings.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn.
