We bought a fixer upper and doing renovations in phases, we dealt with different trades and learned a lot through experience. One trade that stood out among others is Speers Flooring and Andre’s crew. They were professional and were able to complete the work on time, despite a few challenges. Our new floor transformed the space and we were really pleased with the layout. This year we wanted to replace the ugly kitchen tiles and finish the rest of the living room floor using the left over Torlys maple walnut wood but weren't sure on the layout approach. We wanted to use cork flooring material for the kitchen and had some ideas but could not picture the end result. We received a few quotes but selected Speers Flooring for the second time. Andre knew right away what would look the best and was able to explain why. They were able to use most of the wood material and followed through on all our requests. We also fell in love with cork flooring!

We got several quotes and selected Garcon for the renovation of our condo townhouse. They provided a detailed and accurate quote of what needed to be done. They were able to start right away unlike other contractors we consulted. The price was reasonable and fair. They provided recommendations with no pressure tactics. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism. They responded promptly to my questions and solved any concerns we had. Garcon puts the customer first!
