I called Neethan when my downspout was leaking from all the connections. He couldn't help me right away but helped diagnose what was wrong. I did a partial repair myself but still needed a complete replacement. He arranged a time and got the job done. The old installation was poorly done. with the next big rainfall I was able to see all was well with the drainage. Thanks Neethan!

We are Brock Windows fans with 2 previous installations to this one. We rated them 10 each time. Our two sets of old bow windows (dining and living rooms) were installed 25 years ago and they began separating; also one pane had cracked. The new windows have triple panes and look great. Brock's project manager co-ordinated a convenient installation date. The 2 person crew carefully removed the old ones and gave the new ones a professional installation. The Canadian Made product is a very high quality.

We looked for a high quality awning which would last and look great. There are many firms to consider but after touring the Canadian Manufacturing site and Awning Displays at Rolltec we found the best. Helen helped us decide on the right solution for our situation. The delivery and setup was professional and timely. We've enjoyed it. At a deck party we had it open and a rain started. Everyone was dry and the party continued with the rain ambiance. We look forward to many years of use.

We asked Dave's advice about removing our 'popcorn' ceiling without damaging the room's wallpaper. His team was confident that this could be done as they had done many times. I called his reference for exactly what we were intending to do. They had excellent results. Our ceilings in the 3 rooms look fabulous with the stucco removed and repainted. He also re-caulked and painted the moulding. The rest of the work included hall and bedroom ceilings.

I called The Roof Whisperer among a couple of companies on Homestars and they were the first to respond. They didn't want any money before they looked at my roof like another one did. My roof was damaged by raccoons and I worried about leaks and them possibly coming back to move in. Arthur came over the next day, investigated the roof damage and quoted a repair and roof tune-up work. Caulking needed replacing, nails had popped and 16 shingles were needed for repairs. The following day the repairs were expertly made with the matching shingles and my roof is intact again.

Extreme Roofing offered to remove the old shingles, install 25 year new ones, and also install a leaf guard product. The leaf guard was mentioned on a "Holmes" show and caught my eye. The price quote was fair compared to others and the company did not want any money up front - unusual to me but nevertheless a bonus to me. They did the job as scheduled, cleaned up the grounds nicely. The roof still looks great through all our storms! The leaf guard is doing its job but eventually will need to be cleaned out as we have maple trees which drop lots of garbage.

We had a patio window installed 6 years ago with which we were really pleased. So we contacted Brock again to replace a bay window which had started to leak. The quality of Brock products is superior to anything else we considered. Our bay window installation was scheduled to our needs but had to be deferred because rain was expected. We got a call the night before and the reschedule was done the next day. No problem. The job was done expertly and looks great.
