So disappointed. Missing items, incorrect measurement of shelves, and no priority given when their errors are apparent. Extended duration of project, many unnecessary visits. Harsh response to my inquiries, no willingness to apply refund requested and added costs for pros to return to site. Made suggestion for info sheet, including ALL the things that will/may go awry. Hope they listen.

So bummed out. I did not know you had to totally supervise the installer (Don). Perhaps if I had stood over him OR he could develop communication and customer service skills. I was so excited until had a chance to see he had mounted it INTO my brand NEW window frame. Say goodbye to warranty! Second shade was installed ON my door, NOT above door so someone over 5’8” could enter. I’ ve hit several times already! What a waste of hard earned money.

OMG After twenty years I had a reputable company come and quote on my roof. I was shocked and angry that the ridge vent Juff’s sold me on because it was so great, get this, the vent was never open! I saw pictures courtesy of two roofers doing quotes. Ripped off,!!

Coverall is professional, competitive in their pricing and great attention to detail. Kudos to George and the crew, whom left my property spotless and made compromises to deal with a difficult neighbour. I had my shingles replaced, six new vents installed and a sun tunnel. I am very happy with their service and my roof looks great!

Bledar and his crew came when expected, did excellent work, and left everything clean and tidy . I was very pleased with the quote and the personal service. He included installing my two rain barrels and diverters. I would highly recommend Bledar and MBA Aluminum.
