Rob is very good at his job. We bought a townhouse in Pickering and he did a through inspection in which he found a major leak in one of the bathrooms using his infrared camera. We were able to negotiate with the seller to lower the price. Unlike most other inspectors, Rob does not charge extra for the infrared camera scan. I highly recommend Ambicorp for anyone looking for a good home inspector.
