Yard Clean up and Ongoing Maintenance
Customer Sevice is close to nothing!!!!!Service not received!!!! We have requested a quote in February to ensure our front and back yard will be ready for enjoyment in May. After receiving a quote and after some consideration, as the number was quite significant, we have decided to proceed with Sterling, as a contractor of choice. After our commitment in early March, we have not received any further communication or update on when we can receive the service. After multiple follow ups and escalations, the company arrived understaffed and has completed only 50% of the promised work. We have been reassured that in a week everything will be completed, as promised. This being said, they have left garbage/waste on the neighbours front yard!!! Our long weekend was ruined due unprofessional way how Sterling handled their business and communication! NEVER trust STERLING LANDSCAPE!!!!!
