Tiger and his team are excellent! We have been working with Tiger for a while now, as we have some unique challenges with our property, because it is in a Riparian Area. He has been a very effective liaison with the City and has been generous with his time and expert advice. Last fall, they removed two large trees that should never have been planted where they were (not by us) and had become a hazard to us & our neighbours. They were in between our two driveways and it took quite a while to safely remove them, but they did so with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our neighbours. They were here again, all day yesterday (January 31/20), in the POURING rain, pruning our many giant trees and did a terrific job. Highly recommended!

Our dryer suddenly stopped heating up, so my husband looked here to find a reliable repair service, and found Newtech. I called them the next day andest my name & number and they returned my call promptly - and they were at our house 15 minutes later, part in hand. The dryer was fixed very quickly and they even walked outside to the vent afterwards, to ensure there was adequate air pressure while the dryer was on. While I hope we don't need them again, if we do, we will not hesitate to call them again.
