Was super happy with Shawn he was informative and professional and very friendly and pleasant to have in my home. I have two dogs and two kids so my carpets take a beating, he wasn’t judgemental in the least he assumed me life happens and he’ll do his best to clean my carpets for me. They came out very nice.
