I found this company on Groupon for $99. They arrived within the 2-hour window that was agreed upon. They were courteous and efficient. I asked several questions and they were happy to answer while I followed them around. I was glad that they accepted credit card payments for the additional amount that I had to pay (for extra vents). I did not opt for the AC coil cleanup. Nor did I purchase the filter that doesn't need to be replaced (just washed from time to time). I would recommend them for their outstanding service, quiet demeanor and courteous team.

From Peter's initial quote to the completion of the job, we have total satisfaction. Peter's team was knowledgeable, hard working, meticulous and painstakingly accurate. They treated my home like they would their own- The kitchen and hallway was covered and protected. The color was identically matched to the sample that we provided and the advise we received in terms of the finish was on cue. I have immense trust in Daniel's capabilities and would highly recommend this team. Now they are not inexpensive. But you do get what you pay for.

We had a VOIP phone (Not hard wired) and Ilan helped set up our home security system in 2010. Few years ago when we installed a new door, we had an issue with our front-door sensors and he came by within 2 hours and fixed it. He is punctual, technically knowledgeable and always answers his phone. We have recently moved to a cellular security system with another vendor since their monthly monitoring fees could not be matched. My advise is to e-mail / fax Blaze alarms while cancelling their service or they will continue to charge you.

Elder replaced my ashphalt driveway with interlocking. He was the most experienced as well as well-priced in comparison to 4 other interlocking companies that gave me estimates. SPC actually completed my driveway in May 2010 and we have experienced no sinking and warping since then. One of my neighbours also used SPC for their driveway, after seeing how the interlocking changed the look of the house.

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job with installing sprinklers though out my lawn and flower beds. They were timely and efficient. They paid attention to the exact placement of the sprinklers and followed up with a neat drawing and video, that mapped the entire system. My garden has never looked better!

I called Reliable Home Comfort and spoke to Livio yesterday. He made an appointment with me for today but I requested him to "try" and come by on the same day (30 degrees weather!) To my knowledge, Reliable Home Comfort is the only company that will come and diagnose the AC problem for free (Unlike many other companies who charge $159 and more just to diagnose the problem). Even though he was busy, he made it a point to call and come on the very same day at around 7:30pm. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt in diagnosing the issue. He filled up the freon and stated that the $314 would go towards the cost of an AC, if we should choose to buy it from Reliable Home Comfort within a year. Livio was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would reccommend this company to anybody who is looking to repair / fix their AC.
