Dayna Ferris in Coquitlam

I purchased a washer and dryer from the Brick and opted for the pick up option. I went back to the Brick on the day that I was moving into my new town house because I had the moving truck emptied and ready to load the appliances into it. When I got there to pick it up they told me that they had to give it to someone else who was also waiting for theirs. I explained that I could not come back for it another day as I wouldn't have the moving truck and they told me there was nothing they could do. After a lot of arguing I finally convinced them to deliver it to me the next day for FREE. I also called their head office and let them know what had happened. They threw in a set of pedestals for FREE as well for the mix up. I am glad that they were able to straighten things out, and I have to say that in the end of it all I would probably shop there again, maybe for something a bit smaller this time.

I went to Jysk to purchase a new bed frame. The staff were very kind and helped me load my new bed into my car. When I got home and tried to assemble the bed frame I discovered that there was a piece missing. I called the store the next morning and explained the situation. They apologized for the mix up and said the piece is at the store waiting. I went to pick it up right away. I have had my bed frame for 6 months and I love it!

I was looking to replace some carpet that I had in a bathroom in my town house, and was looking for something affordable but yet still durable for a bathroom. The people at Rona were very patient and helped me decide on the peel and stick vinyl floor tiles. I took them home and installed them the next day. I am extremely happy with my new bathroom floor!
