We had our condo inspected by Keith from Building Insights in February 2018. My wife and I debated whether or not an inspection was necessary since we were buying a condo and not a house. We decided the peace of mind would be worth it so we called Keith. We are glad we did. Keith was very informative during our walk-through explaining a number of things that are unique to condo living. He also covered regular maintenance tasks for the water heater, plumbing, furnace, and water softener. Overall it was a very informative walk-through that was money well spent. We definitely recommend Building Insights.
