A great installation by Mike, Justina and Adam, working within the limitations of covid-19 guidelines. Given the age of our house and an addition from the "Diefenbunker" era, there were a few challenges to overcome. Structural remedies were found and, though this impacted the cost a bit, we are pleased and comforted to know that we are unlikely to need any major eavestrough work for the foreseeable future. Once the work was completed, we did a walk through together to validate that all the work was completed as discussed (and amended when unexpected challenges arose). We would certainly recommend them for any eavestrough installation.

Remember me Roofing did an excellent job on my Aunt's roof. They thoroughly removed the old roof, taking care to remove all debris from the site. With the underlay and manufacturer-recommended installation method, they stand behind their work --> 50 years for the roofing materials themselves and 25 years for related labour ... The evestroughing was well done and will take the water well away from the buildings on the site. Their quote was comparable in price to two other quotes we got from contractors using lesser materials, not installing the same amount of evestroughing, and offering shorter warranties. We are very pleased with Remember me Roofings work and have no hesitation recommending them. Together with Stewart Roofing (which we had do another job recently for us) we regard them as the premier roofers in the Ottawa area.

Cornerstone Brickworks did excellent work on my Aunt's chimney. They showed up on time. They kept the work-site tidy and safe. The masonry work was professional, clean and well done. The chimney cap was a precise fit as were the covers for the flues. My only criticism would be that the flues were not precisely itemized in the original quote for the work. I would recommend that Cornerstone include them in future in their standardized quotes in order to avoid misunderstanding. Overall, a job very well done. I would highly recommend them.

Took vehicle for a drive to pinpoint the actual issue. Gave an estimate within an hour. Completed the work by mid afternoon, and then undertook a general servicing. Professional, thorough and timely.

Rob came and remedied our problems with 3 clogged drains. He also dealt with some garburators that we had some concerns with. He also patiently explained how the issues arose in the first instance, how to avoid their recurrence, and hints on how to deal with them in future should they arise again. We should note that ES-J and Triple Tech have now merged ... but still provide the same high level of service.

We recently acquired a property in Midland and did not understand the water system in the dwelling. Although it was not a system installed by his company, Gary came and walked us through all the elements of our system ... explaining what each component did and why and how it performed its role. Then, at our request, he performed an annual maintenance and replacement of the necessary filters and other parts, explaining what he was doing at each juncture. We are very grateful for both the excellent work and an improved understanding of our water system.

Morton Home Inspection was thorough, professional and timely with their services. A road map of prospective maintenance and repairs for the foreseeable future was provided for all key areas of interest to the prospective home owners. Key links and resource materials were also provided, including a short list of key local services and suppliers for some of the major items in need of attention. Two thumbs up!

Very diverse offering of garden and yard related equipment and small items of machinery. One of very few outlets that actually offer repair services, although they aren't particularly cheap. Still, service is excellent and timely and prevents more "throw-aways" filling up our landfills. Thank you for your prompt and polite service.

A few years ago, it became obvious that we needed work done on our house's deteriorating foundation. After reviewing the credentials and bids of several contractors, we settled on Eric and his team. One of the reasons was that he had experience doing concrete work on bridges and industrial sites ... far more demanding uses than typical residential requirements. Eric was meticulous and methodical. He examined our foundation and explained in layman's terms the scope of the work to be done - a completely new foundation for the most damaged of the original foundation and a repair of the remaining foundation, along with the necessary reinforcement and waterproofing. His in-depth knowledge, extensive experience and thorough explanations were reassuring, whereas other prospective contractors offered only vagaries. Eric and his team ‎worked everyday for five weeks to get the job done. At the end of each day, they cleaned and tidied the worksite as well as reinforced areas where structural support was still warranted. Eric was always willing to answer any questions that we had. He dealt with all aspects of the work, including dealing with the City of Ottawa inspectors and any permits that were required. Without question, we recommend Eric's Concrete for any foundation work you may have. In fact, we have already done so with a couple of our neighbors and friends whose houses have foundations similar to our own. We now rest easy knowing that - with the help of Eric and his team - our house rests on a solid foundation.

They (Andy) did a great job of installing our washer, dryer and basin as well as new lighting in a rather tight space with its own unusual challenges. Andy was polite, punctual, and professional.

Stewart Roofing did an excellent job on a timely basis. The quote was more than some of their competition, but it was because of the underlay, caliber of their work, and the extent to which their work is warrantied; because they are a preferred contractor recognized by Owens Corning, we will be covered by an extended non-prorated 50 year material warranty. Their workmanship is excellent and the warranty associated with their work is unrivaled and provides tremendous peace of mind.

The guys from Bronson Johnson Eavestroughs came when they said they would, were courteous and professional to us and our neighbors and did all that we asked for. We were pleased with their responsiveness. We had poor work done in the past, causing damage and needing a complete "redo". BJ "did it right" and even fixed a few errors by previous contractors.
