I needed to find a very specific design for the bathroom vanity light. After searching multiple big box stores I found they didn't carry enough styles. Vancouver Lighting had one of the best selection for different styles but not overwhelmingly so, and the pricing is very competitive. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly on the multiple visits I made.

I was renovating my kitchen and needed to purchase brand new appliances. I found the sales staff at Coast to be helpful but not pushy, and quite educated in the differences between the brands and features. They have a good selection of mid to high end brands (eg. Samsung to Wolf) and if you're buying a set they can offer a reasonable discount. The delivery and installation was done very quickly and the delivery staff were experienced in moving large appliances around tight corners. Overall, the buying experience at Coast felt pleasant and I was happy with my decision!

I needed a powerful rangehood as I do a lot of pan frying and steaming. Kitchenhoods.ca was easy to navigate to find the exact hood I wanted with many different search criteria. All the specs were easily found and ordering online was easy. The rangehood is powerful and rather quiet, and priced very well for its quality. I would highly recommend their brand of rangehoods if you're needing a replacement.

I discovered a wasp nest at the top of my front balcony. However, the nest was located hidden inside the walls and overhang and was difficult to access. Usually he tries to relocate the nest safely, but as there was no physical nest to move he had to resort to exterminating the wasps. Joe was very professional and started work straight away. Due to the difficulty of locating the actual nest, Joe needed a second visit to completely eliminate the nest, but at no extra cost. He even needed to make a separate trip to get extra supplies (he charges per job, not by the hour); and this was already rather late in the evening. I greatly appreciated his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to help eliminate my wasp problem.

I needed to replace all the windows for the entire house (15 windows total) and one patio screen door. Initial appointment for measuring was done efficiently and professionally. The representative took the time to explain all the options available for the different styles and function. He was very polite and patient. All 15 windows and 1 door was installed in one day and they cleaned up rather well afterwards. I didn't notice much damage to the areas of the wall where the new window was installed. The windows look great and all open smoothly and haven't had any problems with them. The screens are all easy to remove and replace as well.
