Agree with the other reviewer, worst customer service I have ever, ever dealt with. Order was placed Apr 16th with a promise to deliver 3-4 weeks later. After MANY calls, we still don't have windows. Finally (August 16) Charles showed with 1 door and HALF installed it!!! They were suppsed to come back the next day with the rest of the windows - but we are STILL waiting! And he asked for more money, so we are out $4000!!! HORRID COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. GET AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
