When we purchased our home, we knew the retaining wall was in poor condition. We held off as long as we could knowing that eventually we would need to have something done. We contacted Brett at Lone-Wolf Enterprises to come and take a look. He explained what he believed was the best option (he offered several variations for us to consider). His estimate was as good as his quote. Lone-wolf Enterprises kept us informed every step of the way as to what he was doing. When the inevitable snag showed up, Brett took the time to explain the problem and patiently walked us through possible solutions. One day, a week or so after the job was done, it was raining and Brett called to ask how things were going with all of the rain. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied and THAT is customer service. By the way, the $1800 was for labour *and* materials. Brett did his best to keep costs down by reusing what we already had, where ever he could.
