We were pleased with the level of service we received at Westcraft. Our only concern was the store was small and had limited selection of lighting fixtures in the showroom. However, for items they did not carry, they did show us pictures from catalogues which we could choose from. The lighting fixtures that we ordered came just as advertised and we had no problems with our order. A hassle free transaction.

I went to Homesense to puchase Home Decor items as well as items for the Kitchen. The store is very bright and clean and has a great selection of household items at reasonable prices. It was pretty hard to find a sales associate on the floor to help with questions, so I gave the store 3 stars.

We love Ikea because it gives you great value. The furniture is not the best quality, but they look great and lasts for a long time. But for the price you pay, it is well worth it. They have a great selection of furniture for just about any sized space. The store is largely self-service. It would be nice to have more help carrying big items to your car.

We went to General Paint to purchase paints for our house. We ended up buying 9 different colors in various amounts. General Paint did a great job of mixing the paints so they turned out just like the swatch and also helped us to determine how much paint we needed.

I was very satisfied with the service received from Vancity Cabinets. The contractor was very professional and knowledgeable. We met with him to discuss our kitchen cabinet needs and he measured the space quickly and efficiently and came up with some ideas for what would look good for our kitchen space. He came up with some ideas that we hadn't considered like under cabinet lighting and glass displays. When it came to the installation, we were very impressed. The contractor was able to piece together all the cabinets in a day and the measurements were perfect. He took time to check the finish and to touch up any little imperfections. He even gave us some touch up paint before he left.

I was introduced to City Tile by my contractor. When I walked into the showroom, I was impressed by their selection of quality tiles in beautiful displays. My order was processed efficiently and accurately. Even when we had to return to purchase more tiles for the project, we received great service and our second order was also perfect. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the showroom was smaller then some other stores visited and didn't have as many choices in the colors that I wanted.
