Windows and doors including installattion
If I could make a rating, it would be 9.8 out of 10. The promised date and time of delivery and installation was spot on. Seven windows and steel door (w/storm door) as well as a sliding basement door were installed in 2 days. Considering 2 guys were doing it all, it's impressive that it was all done on time. (3 friends came later during the first day just to help with minor cosmetic tasks.) When it was all done, they made sure we know how to operate and maintain the installed items. Our home is now so air tight that it is like a Volks Beatle car as far as sealing is concerned. The total experience was so nice -- from the first contact (by phone), the estimate, the products, customer service, the installation and follow up as well as their personnel, etc. No wonder a lot of people we know highly recommend Milano to us. And we would do the same. Thanks so much to Milano and company as well as the people who referred us to them.
