Ben came to my house within 30 minutes of my first call to them. It was tricky for me to know exactly how big a bin I needed and what would fit in the alley behind my house without blocking it and cheesing off my neighbours. He gave me exactly the right advice. They were able to deliver and pick up on a Saturday exactly as I wanted. The guy that delivered the bin was super-friendly and put literally within 6 inches of where I wanted it. Even the person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. If all contractors were this good then life would be much much easier. If all interactions with contractors were like this then life would be much much easier.
