When our old air conditioner "died" recently, Chris from Donaldson quickly responded & recommended which new unit would be the best choice for our home. Fortunately they were able to install the new unit within 48 hours! The servicemen were friendly, polite & cleaned everything up - inside & out. I'm happy to say that we notice a big difference with our new larger A/C unit & it is able to keep even the 2nd floor of the house cool & comfortable (unlike the old unit). We're glad we listened to Chris' recommendation. Job well done.
