I have also recieved unsatisfactory goods, the delivery was rushed and the attitude was very poor when I asked what the problem was. They walked away from me and could not explain why my hot tub was dirty and contained water. After they left I wiped it down only to find many scratches and silocone everywhere. i called them only to be promised a call back from the owner. It is two days later and I have not heard anything and they do not answer the phone. I will not be paying the balance until they replace my hot tub with the one I ordered. DO NOT BUTY FROM OSD on the service road in BURLINGTON They are crooks
