Tony fully renovated a worse-for-wear 80's rental condo I own into a bright, beautiful, clean and functional space. He had to work around some pretty major interruptions due to exterior/structural work that a different crew was doing at the same time, but he was super flexible and always communicated. A new tenant snapped the place up on the first showing and can't believe his luck at how great it looks. I'm kind of jealous I don't get to live there myself! Thank you for the great work!
