First of all, very professional. From the get go, he was punctual. He came and did the measurements and presented the different types/levels of carpet tiles Torontonian Flooring had to offer. Very knowledgeable and knows his products. He gave us a quote that was lower than everyone else knowing that he was competing with other suppliers. But apart from his competitive pricing, the workmanship that Mike and Torontonian Flooring provided was another level of professionalism. And though we had a disagreement with the edging in the end (which is out mistake btw) for overlooking the quote), Mike was easy to talk to and all we had to do was tell him how we wanted it and it was fixed in no time.
