In a business that is largely unregulated, he was able to maintain a standard that many other contractors/builders/project managers don't even aspire to. Our kitchen reno and great room were completed on time (three months to the day) and whenever the usual construction problems or issues with workers happened (and these problems and issues seem to be the norm in this business) he dealt with them in a timely and honest manner.
