Our experience with Caldek was a good one overall. They worked with our tenant as well as ourselves at the management company to explain their process. The price was reasonable, and the job was done within our expected time frame. The only change I would make would be to provide a bit more time as our tenant felt the notice was fairly last notice for the start of the project. That is probably less of an issue for owners scheduling this on their own accord. All in all, I would certainly use them again and trust their knowledge regarding decking and waterproofing.
