Our furnace stopped working April 17 and Sandip came to our home April 18 to quote us on a new furnace. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was understanding of our needs and the rush to have a new furnace put in. This happened during the freak ice storm and it was very cold. He totally came through and our new furnace was installed by wonderful gentlemen who knew exactly what they were doing. Sandip promised he would call during the installation and afterwards and he kept his promise. Thank you to all the Furnace King employees. Great job!!!!! We would recommend your company to everyone. You rate a 10 for sure!!!!
