Russ and Andrew were nothing but very professional from the first time we met..being a father son team, I found they were also very easy going, not pushy, and completely honest about everything that they were going to do, what needed to be replaced, and what didn't need to be replaced. The day they replaced out furnace and ac, they came in, did all the work required, and the only thing I heard from them all day, was the sounds of the new system being installed. Before they left that day, they also had everything cleaned up. You would honestly never know that they had even been there. We decided to go with BOWS as they were recommended to us, and we will highly recommend them to anyone needing work done....Thanks for a GREAT JOB.....
