I am pleased to have found an honest, reliable, contractor for interlock work. So many I have experienced in the past either do less than good work or if there are issues fail to stand behind their workmanship. Chad has helped me fix what another contractor failed to do properly and I am grateful. There is more work to be done and I will happily use him again. I have no hesitation to recommend him to others ... and have!
I called C & N because I had used them before for more extensive work. However after being charged in excess of $100.00 for a 10 minute job, never again. At no time, did they mention to me that there was any minimum service call charge and I expected to only be billed for the work performed.
We have been using Stone Edge for 4 years now and they have provided excellent service. The snow gets removed even before we awake and when we come home, they have typically returned to tidy up the end of the driveway of the very heavy blockage created by the city plows. On-time, every time, no complaints.
Kitchen renovation - custom-design quartz counter-tops
We just love our new custom-design quartz counter-tops. They are beautiful and get compliments galore. We wanted a specific design that was not your usual shape. The people at Emerald Tile worked closely with us during the templating stage in order to make sure it was perfect and matched our vision. It was a bit of a complicated renovation with many trade-people to coordinate and Emerald worked with us to ensure they met with our schedule.
When you find a good company to work with, you want to recommend them. Working with Peter was a delight. He sat with us, patiently going through all the various options to make the most of a space that was very poorly designed by the builder. Together we crafted a creative solution that gained us easily 2 1/2 times the storage potential in the exact same space. We now have a beautifully organized space for two with more than enough storage. In fact, we have extra space, whereas before, the same area was a cluttered disaster. Great service, excellent follow-up and would definitely recommend and use them again when we are ready to move ahead with our next organizational space challenge.

It's always a challenge to find a really good, expert electrician when you need them. We happily found that when using Chris from 1-Lad. Renovations can be a difficult time when trying to coordinate multiple trades-people and dealing with the inevitable "gotchas" that happen. Chris was there for us on-time, every time to take care of issues. His extremely professional, calm demeanor helped when things got chaotic. He was responsive to our needs when changes took place. This guy knows the meaning of exceptional customer service and delivering for a reasonable price.
I've been with them for several years and they always provided impeccable service. Plus they don't try to oversell you on features you don't truly require. Unlike another big-name organization that has a habit of saying you NEED certain types of add-on features to their system when really you don't. CST offers superior security coverage for both reasonable installation fees and monthly monitoring rates. I am also for supporting locally-owned Canadian companies and these guys fit that bill. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else.
