I had a new door installed which is made of Mahogany wood from Italdoor. The workmanship is absolutely phenomenal. Rosie in customer service is terrific and so knowledgeble. She made it so easy and she was very accomodating. Vince created the door to my specification. The installer was precise and took his time with each stage of the installation. Italdoor can make any door that you want and expect nothing but the best (product and service) and you definitely get what you pay for.

We had replaced our front door so we needed Grand Alarms to come and re-install the magnetic alarm and motion. I spoke to Fara Fathy who was absolutely terrific and knowledgeable. She was able to re-new my existing contract with a lower monthly payment and included the video tele-door intercom. It is so nice to finally speak to a customer service rep Fara Fathy that is pleasant and wasn't annoyd by my questions. Thanks again Fara!
