Fast, efficient, responsive and well-priced! Khan came when he said he would, offered a new gas hose at a more than reasonable price (ours was from 1984) and did the job in record time. Excellent everything!

We had a leaky pipe in the basement, and needed a quick fix. We knew it was relatively simple, but we had no idea where to begin. We called waterworks and the owner Michael came within a few hours - it took him all of 15 minutes to cut the pipe, and replace it with a plastic section that worked like a charm. The only reason for the 9/10 is because the price seemed a little steep for the remedy ($360 including tax) for the relatively simple replacement. But to be fair I haven't done a search to see if that's the going rate). Michael was great and professional - a true enthusiast and expert at plumbing. A job very well done.

Our basement tenant had moved out and we wanted the place cleaned well - it had to be done on short notice and I wanted the "cold room" that was covered with spider webs and dirt paid special attention. Within a day I had a a scheduled apt for the perfect time. The girs showed up on time and took the exact amount of time estimated ( 3 hours each for 2 girls). The place was spotless. The girls were professional and SO hard-working. The place looked incredible - the stove looked like it had never been used! The cold room looked like a different room it was so clean. INCREDIBLE service!
