Persian Rug Doctor trimmed two of my rugs that were too large, and did a great job. The person I dealt with was very kind and honest, and the service was done quickly. Great to know if a rug is the wrong size, you could have it custom sized here.
Sales person did not mention sale was final!
We bought two chests of drawers at the Dufferin location. One was delivered damaged but left at our condo, and will apparently be replaced. But the bottom line is that they are far too shallow and hardly hold any clothes at all. They will not be useful for us and now we are stuck with them. I have not known a furniture store to make all regular sales final, and if we had been told that at the point of purchase we could have decided whether to buy them or not.

Great company! I had read the reviews here and the company did not disappoint! I called Andy in the morning, he suggested a pillow-top mattress with over 800 coils for a great price, he delivered it for free later that same day! The mattress is beautiful and would sell for at least twice the price in a store. And Andy was very professional and courteous and even took my old mattress downstairs for me. I would highly recommend Ton Furniture.
