Train was a master at kitchen installation. His expertise and design sense was top-notch and he did the work quickly exceeding our expectations. I unquestionably recommend his services.

Umbrella were very professional. The replacement of sewage pipes was tricky for us in that the basement was already ostensibly "finished" - so we had been rather sad about the prospect of drilling up tiles and removing the flooring in the "newly renovated" house we had bought only the month before. Vlad's team did a great job installing the pipes through just a few strategically placed holes. They worked very hard and were finished quite quickly. (3 or 4 days). They also had to remove patio stone on the outside and this was replaced as well as we could have expected. We would certainly use them again.

We were replacing skylights that were actually only 6 years old that had leaked. We had therefore been very interested in the warranty's offered after realising that this repair wouldnt be covered even by a 10 year warranty (some other companies have clauses that disallow the warranty to be transferred between home owners or are quite short). We took it as a sign that they stand by their work that they offered a solid warranty. They were very professional, quick and clean and offered great advice. We enjoyed working with them but hope we wont have to see them for a long time!

Octavio and his partner did an amazing job! His takes great pride in his work and deserves all the fantastic reviews and top ratings he has received. We are delighted with his work.

Allan is a pleasure to work with. He works diligently and competently and has a great attitude. His plaster work was smooth and repairs seamless. We definitely hope to work with him again.

Isa did a great job repairing the stucco on the side of our house after we had to remove an embedded electrical mast. He matched the pattern and colour. He was very pleasant to deal with and we found him to be reliable and professional.

Traian is a kind and honourable person who will support you through the process of making decisions for your project. We were creating a small European / condo style kitchen. He spent time reviewing the designs we had been provided and made some modifications that benefited us by creating valuable additional storage. He has an eye for detail and the cabinetry was installed very professionally. We would be delighted to work with him again!

Pat's report says "This Summary outlines potentially significant issues from a cost or safety standpoint". Here are some line items he missed: 1) There were plugs that were not up to code (near the sinks) and the fireplace plug was not live - despite an electric fireplace being placed in situ ($700) 3) There was no hot running water in the bathroom upstairs (Turned out they had drywalled the shutoff valve into the wall in the "off position" but again this wasnt picked up by Pat) (600 plumbing + 2K for tiling) 4) Valve in the downstairs shower was broken (700) 5) There was evidence of flooding in the basement - that we had put down to poor housekeeping but perhaps an inpector should have noted the stains around the baseboards and toilets were as a result of ongoing flooding from the sewage pipes (20K). 6) The roofer told us there was evidence of roof patches that had been made. This was ostensibly a fairly new roof (just 6 years old) but Pat didnt pick up on the patches - or at least didnt mention them. Apparently we needed roof vents too... Nor did he note the many layers of caulk around the skylights (they also failed soon after we bought the property (6k) I would say CAVEAT EMPTOR his report isn't worth the paper its printed on. Hire a contractor to walk through the property with you.

They removed and then installed a wooden fence around the perimeter of our garden. They did a fantastic job. Worked really hard. The fence looks great. I would recommend them highly.

It was a small project - garage roof. It was completed quickly - half a day! Ahead of the scheduled time I had been given - which I was grateful for as the roof had been leaking. The roof looks good. The site was cleaned up very nicely. I really enjoyed working with Spiros.
