I found Foson while searching for Hanstone dealers near me. I needed countertops and backsplash for a major renovation and wanted to use a domestically produced Quartz product. I worked with Elaine at the showroom. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Throughout the whole project she was very communicative and responsive. I needed a few stumps removed in the backyard as well as pruning of a number of trees. Craig is straightforward and honest in addition to being a skilled and thoughtful arborist. I've always been happy with the selection and service here. Much more than the west end tile shops with attitude. These guys are down to earth, helpful, and know their trade. The quality of the tile is usually great. I really like the glass and stone mosaic available. You can also purchase all the materials necessary for a tiling job here including waterproofing membranes. To avoid disappointment ask about the return policy when you buy as not everything is refundable. Check your tile order before you leave to make sure everything is as expected.

I had a few concerns about my roof so I had this company assess the condition of it. I had the assessment and repair quote reviewed by my cousin, a lifelong roofer. He agreed that the work suggested was valid, and the scope of work was adequate. He did feel that the repair quote was higher than most, but not significantly.

I purchased a home that needed some tuck pointing as well as some brick replacement and chimney repair. I called Red Robin and met Dave at the home and showed him what I needed done, mostly tuck pointing around the home and replacement of a few bricks around the front stoop as well as a repair of a chimney with cracked flue tile and cap. He provided a quote by email and I verified the quote was very reasonable by consulting another mason. I booked the work and when it came close to the booking date Dave let me know they were a little behind on other projects due to weather and we rescheduled. When the day came for the work Dave was prompt and courteous and introduced me to his crew and we reviewed the work to be done. After the work was complete he came back to review the completed job with me. The work was done on time and on budget and was done well. I paid by cheque and received an invoice shortly after by email. Thanks Dave and Red Robin for a job well done.
