I needed Ostaco replacement glass. After 6-7 weeks and numerous phone calls to the service department, I finally found out that they do not deal with replacement glass that's out or warranty. Absolutely appalled by their service.

Bo, this is not a Verdun claim, I don't know why you've posted on the Verdun review page. You purchased the window with Ottawa Windows and Doors - you should be reviewing on that website.
When you called us we did offer to help you - we offered to replace your thermo free of charge even though it was out of warranty AND it was not a Verdun windows claim.
For reasons of your own you told us that you wanted only Ostaco glass.
We're asking Homestars to remove this review.
