This could be long but I hope it's useful to someone trying to make their decision. From start to finish the interaction with Techno has been incredible. We met Sheri at the showroom to choose what kind of doors we thought we liked, she helped us narrow down our selection so that when Frank came to visit us, we would be able to see the doors in the light they would actually be in rather than the showroom - genius step 1 - I never would have thought of the natural light changing the look. She was so fabulous and seemed genuinely interested in what we were trying to achieve. Frank came out to see us at home and in no time at all had a quote ready for us, he outlined different options that would increase the functionality of the space and he was so honest, he was transparent with pricing - genius step 2 - honesty goes a long way! Additionally, on a personal level he is someone you just feel at ease with immediately. The job started on time, Kevin and Shaun came to the site fully prepared and took their time to protect everything in the house, they cleaned up after themselves every day and again, the personal difference was there. They were both so polite, friendly and respectful of the house. They really care about their work. After two days, Shaun continued the job solo and what an incredible job he did. Genius step 3 - actually have the product you promise and the people to deliver it. Shaun worked diligently and with such attention to detail, craftmanship like that is rare. The finished product (which was completed ON TIME) is wonderful to us, I joke that I feel like I'm living in a magazine. I remember reading these reviews and wondering if it was real, could any company REALLY be that good? The answer is an emphatic YES. Techno transformed our kitchen and if you are considering having your done, get them to do it! You won't regret it.
