Due to a series of miscommunications that is, as always, hilarious in hindsight, the Orsan team showed up thoroughly underestimating the amount of work they needed to do at our house (we functionally have a commercial HVAC system). Nonetheless, the team took on the project with gusto and professionalism and handled our ridiculously complex household air system with a level of competence I can't help but be awed by. These guys are awesome and I am seriously impressed.
