Assure Basements was 1 of 3 companies we had quote for our basement. All 3 quotes were in the same ball park but they took the time to explain everything and their design/planning in the first and second meetings were quite superior than the competition, it was an obvious choice. Once the design was complete a WhatApp chat was created where we were in constant contact with the construction management and design team. Any issues that was brought up was addressed quickly and professionally. Everyone on the team from Ryan (GM), Andrej (PM), Hollis (design), Leo (tiles), Dennis (shower glass), Peter and Jake (stairs and finisher) to framers were a pleasure to work with and handled all our questions /concerns without complaint. I would definitely recommend Assure Basements and would without a doubt use them again in the future if required.

Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the whole inspection and explained everything he was checking and why, along with what items would need to be fixed or replaced. I found it very informative and would recommend his services to anyone who would need a home inspection.
