Very professional and respectful company to deal with, very thorough helpful and informative. A company that tries hard to ensure that you will be satisfied with their service asking sensible questions about what you are requesting. I felt confident that we’re doing a good job as they show photographs before and after of their work along with an explanation of what they were doing and why. I had forgotten about the dryer duct which was pointed out as a fire hazard as it has collected lots of fluff inside. I appreciated this as it could have been dangerous.
