Happy with our finished basement
We hired OnlyBasements to underpin and finish our basement to increase our ceiling height from 6’ to 8’ and of course now have more space including guest bedroom with an ensuite as well as a recreational area with a bar for out weekends gatherings. There were some extra work that wasn’t in our original plan mainly because we live in an older home and needed to upgrade some electrical and plumbing. I must add our project manager Joseph resolved and handled the unexpected work proactively to keep our renovation on budget. We are extremely happy with the end result and that we finally have a space for family and friends to stay when they come to visit us in Toronto for the holidays.
